Hello! This is an auction FOR ALL ELEVEN of the Scott #2523 & #2523A 25c Flag Over Mount Rushmore Plate Number Coil Strips of Five. The #2523 Bureau issued PNCs include plate numbers: #1-9. The #2523A include plate numbers: #A11111 & A22211. All strips have been hand-selected for centering and integrity. All are Very Fine or better. These plate number strips of five are fault-free and all are mint, never hinged. The above scan is a stock scan, but the set that you will receive will be of the same VF+ quality.
