They are all mint condition. They all look to be around 1980's. The book is in good condition, has a few spots on the album, I did not try to clean it, but I just wipe off two of them, a wet wipe would fix that. There are 16 FDC's in the book, all behind plastic. I can see what he paid for these every month and it is just a shame. I am selling these for a neighbor, he went into shock when I told him what they were worth. He told me to get rid of them.
