Description

The 1972 USPS Stamp mini-album includes 31 mint, never hinged stamps mounted within the mylar sleeves of the album. Highlights of the 1972 commemorative issue include the National Parks centennial trio (Scott #1452 to 1454), and two blocks of 4 stamps, including the 8¢ Bicentennial Colonial Craftsmen (Scott #1456-1469) and historic wildlife conservation (Scott #1464-1467). My personal favorites in this year set are the summer and winter olympic issues (Scott #1460-1462), especially since these are the first olympics I remember as a kid!
