This is what I know about these stamps. My son purchased these stamps from a ladies Catholic charity 35 years ago. The stamps have not been sorted for postage, precancels, perfins, plate #'s, errors or anything else. These are great fun sorting through, as my son found out, and a great way for children to learn about the stamps of the USA. THIS ITEM CAN NOT BE RETURNED FOR ANY REASON. I am selling here the estate of my son and also some of his & my personal and business items. I give SHIPPING DISCOUNTS on multiple items processed in the same shipment. See SHIPPING DETAILS in listing. I DO NOT SHIP OUT SIDE OF THE USA. MY SHIPPING POLICY IS VERY SIMPLE: I ship USPS in a large Priority Flat Rate box. If I receive payment by 2:00 PM Dallas, TX time the shipment will go out within 2 days. If payment received after that time it will be shipped the next business day, Saturday & Sunday or NOT BUSINESS DAYS.
